Refund Policy

Knowtarium sells license keys as one-time purchases. Keys are sold by Paddle, acting as merchant of record; Paddle is the seller of record for the transaction and handles checkout, payment, invoicing and VAT. Prices shown include VAT where applicable.

If you pre-ordered a key and we don't release the app, you get a full refund. We'll email you before that happens, and the refund goes back to the payment method you used.

If you buy as a consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. If you activate your license key in the app within those 14 days, you request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal. The withdrawal itself is handled through Paddle as merchant of record. A model withdrawal form is available on request from contact@magentix.studio.

Your key is checked on your computer, not by a server of ours, so it keeps unlocking the versions you have installed even if we stop developing the app. A discontinuation alone therefore isn't a reason for a refund.

Email contact@magentix.studio from the address you bought with. You can also use the receipt Paddle emailed you, which links to Paddle's own support for the transaction.
